Dolce&Gabbana is looking for a Sales Assistant / Client Advisor in both part-time or full-time to join our team in Bicester Outlet. Reporting directly into our Store Manager, the Sales Assistant will be in charge of:
Responsibilities
* Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs
* Advise customers on the entire luxury Dolce&Gabbana collection
* Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships with customers
* Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
* Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge
Qualifications
* Fluency in English. Other languages are considered a plus
* Relevant experience in luxury retail or similar industry
* Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques
* Good customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong team player
