What you’ll be doing as a Teaching Assistant
You’ll support pupils in lessons, help with classroom routines and offer reassurance when children need a steady hand. You’ll work alongside an experienced teaching team who value collaboration and a positive, child-centred approach.
Your day-to-day as a Teaching Assistant
1. Helping pupils access learning and stay engaged
2. Providing one-to-one or small-group support when required
3. Encouraging positive behaviour with calm, consistent guidance
4. Preparing resources and supporting classroom organisation
5. Working closely with teachers and other support staff

6. Experience supporting children or young people
