Nursery Room Leader
We are seeking a qualified Nursery Room Leader responsible for the day-to-day management of an allocated area or room within the nursery. Candidates must have NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent. The role involves training and developing staff by imparting knowledge and skills, ensuring children are cared for in a safe, happy, and stimulating environment. A sound understanding of child developmental needs and the ability to provide a range of stimulating learning experiences to support all-round development are essential. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
