As a People Administrator, you will be an integral part of our People & Culture (P&C) team on an initial 6-month Fixed-term contract, providing essential administrative services across all our brands and corporate functions in the UK. You will play a key role in supporting HR processes, ensuring records are maintained, and assisting colleagues with their queries. Your Responsibilities include: Provide full administrative support to the P&C team, including J, M, L processes for UK corporate functions Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, transfer letters, and promotion letters Acknowledge resignation letters and manage all associated paperwork Prepare salary review letters and bonus letters using mail-merge Handle mortgage, loan, rental, and employment reference requests Maintain and update HR files Keep HR system updated with monthly changes
