Overview
Rose Hill Primary School is seeking to appoint an Office Manager to run the administration team. The role is to ensure efficient daily operation of the school office and support the school’s administrative processes.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the running of the school office
* Complete the school admissions process
* Manage and maintain pupil data
* Be responsible for pupil attendance
Requirements/Qualifications
* Excellent communication and IT skills
* Ability to prioritise work and multi-task
* Understanding of the need to maintain professional confidentiality
* Good English and mathematics skills (grade C or level 4 or above)
* Knowledge of SIMS.net
Details
* Hours: 32.5 hours a week, days and times negotiable, term time only
* Contract: Permanent; required as soon as possible
* Salary: £19,975.48 per annum
* Location: Rose Hill Primary School, Ipswich, IP3 8DL
