Our client, a respected and forward-thinking law firm, is seeking an experienced Post Completions Assistant to join their thriving Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven professional with strong knowledge of the conveyancing process to become part of a supportive, high-performing team.
The Role
As Post Completions Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless progression of files after completion. Working closely with fee earners and the wider Property team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to maintain workflow efficiency and uphold the firm's exceptional client service standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing all matters from completion to file closure and archiving
* Submitting registration applications and handling Land Registry requisitions
* Updating LMS, Lender Exchange and internal case management systems
* Managing dictation, scanning and allocating post, and general administrative tasks
* Ensuring compliance within the CQS framework
* Handling client and office ledgers
* Attending departmental and firm-wide meetings
* Supporting fee earners and following instructions from Directors, Department Heads and Line Managers
About You
* Minimum 12 months' experience in a post-completion role within Residential Conveyancing
* Strong understanding of the post-completion and wider conveyancing process, including reading and interpreting office copies
* Working knowledge of LMS, Lender Exchange and Land Registry procedures
* Confident with Microsoft Office and case management systems (Tikit advantageous)
* Excellent communication, client care and organisational skills
* A collaborative team player with high attention to detail
* Flexible to occasionally work from other office locations if required
