Property Assistant – Lettings (Part-Time) Location: Salisbury, Amesbury, Andover Reporting : Head Of Residential Hours of Work: 15 hours per week Salary : Dependant on experience Introduction We are a busy and friendly lettings agency seeking a reliable and proactive Property Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a varied role requiring excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will be representing the company during property visits and supporting the team with essential administrative tasks. Main Responsibilities and F unctions; Key Responsibilities; Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants Carry out check-ins and check-outs Complete inspections and property condition reports Perform weekly fire alarm testing in designated HMO properties (training provided) Respond to emails, phone calls, and tenant/landlord enquiries when necessary Assist with general administration tasks to support the lettings team Travel between properties across Salisbury, Amesbury, and Andove r Requirements; Someone friendly and professional with a positive attitude Must have a UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle A strong communicator who is confident dealing with clients in person, over the phone, and via email Highly organised with good time management and attention to detail Able to work independently with strong attention to detail and use initiative while representing the company Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Willing to pitch in and support the team where needed, including admin work Flexible and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility Someone who takes pride in their work and maintains high standards Experience in property or lettings is beneficial but not essential What you will get in return Holiday entitlement 20 days annual leave rising to 22 days after 2 years service and 25 days after 5 years service, plus bank holidays (pro rata) Birthday Leave - extra day off for your Birthday Talent pipeline Employer contributory pension scheme
