Tasks

* Lead high-impact customer projects, ensuring our software delivers measurable strategic value.
* Analyze and interpret large datasets to uncover business insights and opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to jointly solve our customer’s most strategic problems.
* Drive strategic initiatives by translating data trends into structured, actionable recommendations.
* Present data findings in an engaging and understandable way to our customer’s executives.


Requirements

* 2+ years of consulting experience at a leading strategy consulting firm.
* Sound understanding and experience of B2B marketing & sales and digital transformation.
* Highly effective communication skills on all stakeholder levels.
* Strong team player and coach.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Driven and reliable with excellent work ethic and high integrity.
* Fluent in English and German.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications

* B2B business experience in a commercial role, ideally with P&L/people responsibility.
