What's involved?
As an experienced Head Housekeeper with a 5-Star Hotel background, your role will include:
Oversee and inspire a large team of housekeepers to maintain impeccable cleanliness and service standards across the hotel.
Ensure all rooms, suites, and public areas meet the highest levels of luxury, hygiene, and presentation, exceeding guest expectations.
Manage housekeeping budgets, oversee inventory of linens and supplies, and implement cost-effective strategies while maintaining quality.
