This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid background in residential conveyancing to join a friendly and professional team in a fully on-site capacity. The successful candidate will work closely with Conveyancing Executives, supporting a busy caseload of sale and purchase transactions. Assist with the full lifecycle of conveyancing files, specifically sale and purchase matters
Issue contract packs in line with legal procedures
Maintain accurate records and ensure case management systems are updated
A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
Confidence in issuing contract packs and managing pre- and post-completion tasks
A proactive and reliable team player who thrives in a busy, office-based role
Fully on-site role in Wakefield City Centre with excellent transport links
