We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive 1:1 SEND Support professional to join our team at a Rotherham school specialising in ASc and communication needs. The successful candidate will work closely with individual students to provide tailored support to help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 support to students with SEND, including ASc, communication needs, and other learning difficulties.
* Work closely with teachers and other members of the school staff to develop and implement tailored support plans for individual students.
* Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents.
* Help students develop social and communication skills, as well as academic skills.
* Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Qualifications and Skills
* Relevant qualifications and experience in working with students with SEND, including ASC and communication needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
