Our purpose-built service, based in Dalmellington, provides superior care for 44-residents.
Home Manager Contract
Salary of 55,000 per annum.
Opportunity to earn an annual bonus up to 40% of your annual salary with OTE 77,000 per annum.
Pension.
Generous holiday allowance.

CI Report: Rated Good in all key areas.
Agency usage: Only used to cover care staff - Encouraging pipeline of staff recruited.
Occupancy: Sitting 90% full.

Key components for a Home Manager at Glebe House Care Home are
A proactive, analytical, and creative leader, who can positively influence their team.
Previous experience working as a Home Manager, within an elderly care setting.
Strong working history driving occupancy / improving fees.
SVQ Level 4 as a minimum requirement.
Retain and develop the strong relationships with local healthcare agencies, local community, and professionals.
