The Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled and customer-centric Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in the United Kingdom. As a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer at Graia.ai, you will play a key role in articulating the technical and business value of our solutions to prospective clients. You will partner with account executives, product managers, and engineers to design and deliver intelligent automation solutions tailored to customer needs, enabling clients to realise tangible business outcomes from Graia.ai’s platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Client Engagement
Collaborate with the sales team to deeply understand client challenges and business processes.
Translate customer requirements into technical solutions using Graia.ai’s product stack.
Conduct detailed discovery sessions and business needs analysis workshops.
Technical Expertise & Demonstrations.
Deliver customised product demos, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and pilot projects to demonstrate value.
Build and iterate low-code/no-code prototypes using the Graia.ai platform.
Articulate platform capabilities around agent-based automation, process orchestration, and analytics.
Support sales in responding to RFPs/RFIs with technical write-ups and architecture diagrams.
Document solution designs, data flows, and integration approaches.
Maintain strong handover documentation to post-sales delivery teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration.
Work with product teams to provide feedback based on real customer use cases.
Help define new solution accelerators and repeatable frameworks for industry-specific offerings (e.g. financial services, insurance, supply chain).
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in CCaaS, CX, AI, automation and cloud platforms.
What You Bring:
3–5 years’ experience in a presales, solution consulting, or technical advisory role.
Solid understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and solution selling.
Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and common SaaS architectures.
Developer background or scripting experience (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a strong plus.
Experience working with or supporting CCaaS, CX, or AI-driven platforms.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Fluent in English.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
Experience in building demo environments or working in low-code platforms.
Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
Ability to simplify complex AI and automation concepts into business value narratives.
