Your Role as SENCO: Lead and oversee the school’s SEND provision, ensuring that students receive the necessary interventions and support. Who We’re Looking For: A qualified SENCO with the NASENCO qualification (or willingness to complete it). Experience working with students with a range of additional needs in a secondary school setting. Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective SEN strategies. A collaborative approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
