Admin Support Receptionist based at Avenue House, Nuneaton. Full time role with a closing date of 03 November 2025.
Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with experience of working on a busy reception to join the admin team at Avenue House, Nuneaton. Assist in providing an effective administrative service across all services in the building to support the clinical functions of the Trust. Work with colleagues, service users and stakeholders to provide efficient clerical support. Ensure a high standard of customer care in all telephone and reception responsibilities, using tact, discretion and sensitivity, and promote the Trust values and vision.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be front of house, greeting patients and visitors to the service, and will provide efficient administrative support to the admin team, clinicians and managers. This includes answering calls on the busy main switchboard, taking messages, booking clinics, placing stationery orders, overseeing the Attend Anywhere virtual waiting area, data input, and dealing with general enquiries.

Job responsibilities
We are looking for a well-organised individual who can empathise with service users and handle sensitive enquiries confidentially. The role requires excellent customer service skills and prior reception/office experience.
Applicants need to be computer literate in Word, Excel and email with high accuracy in data input. The ability to multi-task, manage and prioritise own workload, and work on own initiative or as part of a team is essential.
We seek individuals with a positive approach to change, who support service improvements and are able to build effective working relationships. Be approachable and flexible in approach to work.
