Job Description for CRM Freelancer / Architect Summary: Swiftautomation.ai is seeking a freelance CRM builder/architect to support client system builds on a per-project basis. You’ll work closely with our founder and clients to design, structure, and implement CRM systems (primarily using ClickUp, Pipedrive, HubSpot, and Monday.com). Success in this role looks like delivering clean, functional, documented CRM systems that help clients manage their sales pipelines, projects, and workflows with minimal friction. This is a remote, freelance position with flexible hours and clear project scopes — ideal for a freelancer who enjoys CRM design and process improvement without the pressure of client-facing sales. Responsibilities: Design, build, and configure CRM systems based on client needs Translate client sales processes and workflows into CRM pipelines and dashboards Set up automations and integrations between CRM and external tools (e.g., email, task management, reporting) Deliver clean, well-documented systems that are easy for clients to use and maintain Work closely with project lead to ensure client expectations and timelines are met Provide input on system improvements and best practices when needed Qualifications: Solid experience building CRM systems with one or more of the following: ClickUp, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Monday.com Good understanding of sales pipelines, customer journeys, and workflow automation Familiarity with automation tools like Make.com (or willingness to learn) Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently on clear project briefs (Nice to have) Experience delivering projects for agencies or as a white-label freelancer (Bonus) Basic understanding of no-code tools and light API integrations Additional Info: Location: Remote (candidates worldwide welcome; UK/European timezone overlap preferred) Type: Freelance / Per Project Pay: Project-based, depending on complexity and scope
