Company Description Central and Country Consrreuction Limited is a company based in Cannock, England, United Kingdom who specialize in developing brownfield development sites for either open market sale residential units which we ensure offer our clients something different ot the industry norm or quality affordable homes for a Housing Association, Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Site Manager located at doseley, telford where we are 12 month into constructing 36 bespoke homes whihc can be seen on our web site for the devewlopment - www.doseleyhalt.co.uk The Assistant Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on the construction site, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be working alongside out technical director and ground works director who are both permanentl;y on the development and ensuring the development programme is adhered to by ensuring the right resources are in the right place at the right time. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations Problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in project management Health and Safety certification is a plus
