The successful candidate will:
Take full responsibility for a Year 4 class, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Establish a positive classroom environment that supports learning and encourages good behaviour.
Plan, assess, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
Work closely with the parallel Year 4 teacher and wider staff team to maintain consistency and uphold the school's high standards.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues, contributing to the wider life of the school.To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:
Hold a relevant Teaching qualification
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
