Flexible Cover Supervisors needed in Port Talbot
Teaching Personnel are recruiting confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic individuals for the role of Cover Supervisor in the SA12 & SA13 areas.
Cover Supervisors are responsible for facilitating lessons and managing classroom behaviour with work set by the class teacher or subject department. With offices in Cardiff and Swansea, these centrally located post codes should benefit from an abundance of opportunities.
What we offer:
* Flexible working hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm.
* Full control of your diary, allowing you to decide what and how many days you want to work each week.
* Competitive pay: Earn between £90-110 per day.
* CPD training for the role: We run in-house cover supervisor training in school holidays to upskill experienced TA’s and prospective Cover Supervisors.
What we’re looking for:
* Experienced individuals with confidence and enthusiasm to lead classes in any subject.
* Strong communication with pupils and colleagues alike
* Classroom and behaviour management skills
* Passion for education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
