Our global specialist client is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate HR Assistant to join their innovative team in Solihull for an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity.
This dynamic role offers a blend of generalist HR responsibilities and Learning & Development support, providing invaluable experience across the full spectrum of people operations. You will work within a supportive HR team and make an impact on operational excellence and strategic people initiatives.
The role includes:
* Managing wellbeing programmes at the company headquarters, designing activities to boost employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
* Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, from writing job descriptions to participating in interviews and onboarding.
* Overseeing payroll and supporting annual reviews, handling employee queries, and stakeholder communications.
* Maintaining HR documentation and supporting performance management.
* Providing technical support for the learning platform, coordinating career development, and creating learning resources.
* Analyzing training feedback to improve programmes and support compliance reporting.
Applicants should have a degree or equivalent and about 12 months of HR or related experience, with enthusiasm for HR or Learning & Development.
