We are seeking an individual with extensive supply chain experience in an operational, 'hands-on' role. You'll be naturally curious, highly analytical, and confident in making data-driven decisions. You'll also encourage a culture of questioning and continuous improvement, motivating others to challenge and innovate.
Key Responsibilities
Drive improvements in supply chain management processes, supporting both local and corporate objectives.
Implement regional logistics strategies to reduce risk, cost, and lead times.
Harmonise HTS codes and CBAM guidance to minimise import duties within regulations.
Provide site-level materials management support for projects or resource constraints.
Train and embed best practices in forecasting, planning, scheduling, order fulfilment, and materials management.
Align supplier performance metrics to regional priorities and lead corrective actions.
Support sites in meeting EU origin requirements to inform manufacturing and sourcing strategies.
Partner with local and global sourcing teams on supply agreements and logistics contracts.
Champion digital tools and platforms (EDI, API, data warehouse, WMS, dashboards) to enhance material movement.
Support new product development and supplier relationship management.
Monitor supplier performance and costs, identifying and mitigating supply chain risks.
Promote sustainability and safety across the supply chain.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant discipline, or significant experience in a similar role.
Professional certifications such as MCIPS, CPIM, IoSCM are advantageous.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a supply chain management role.
Strong background in S&OP, inventory management, production control, scheduling, procurement, and warehousing.
In-depth operational use of MRP systems.
Knowledge of ERP and WMS platforms.
Proven track record in developing and executing supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI.
Skilled in data analysis, trend identification, and opportunity assessment.
Fluent in project management tools and English (both conversational and technical).
