Salary: £35k - £45k

Our client, a small but mighty creative events company, delivers bespoke, high-impact experiences for their clients. They’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to keep the COO, and the wider business, running at full speed.

What you’ll do:
* Own a diary and inbox prone to change – keeping the COO one step ahead
* Prepare polished board packs, briefings, and pitch materials
* Coordinate complex international travel with ease for the ELT
* Act as a key contact for senior stakeholders and clients
* Support companywide projects and governance
* Finance administration, including processing expenses, invoices and associated reporting
What you bring:
* Proven EA experience supporting senior leaders (executive teams ideal)
* Sharp communication skills – written and verbal
* Confident, calm, organised, and great under pressure
* Comfortable in high-growth, creative, or events led business
* Proactive growth mindset, and the ability to juggle competing priorities
* Experience of handling basic finance administration
