We are seeking a dedicated Tradesman to join our team at MJB Building in North Cornwall. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality building services, including extensions, renovations, and maintenance work, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
* Execute various building tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and masonry.
* Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
* Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress.
* Assist in training new team members as needed.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Tradesman or similar role in the construction industry.
* Strong skills in carpentry, and masonry.
* Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
* Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
