The Company you will be working for;
MTrec Recruitment are proudly representing out industry leading client on their search for an experienced Account/Finance Supervisor to join their team on a full time and permanent basis. If you have the required skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response!
The Role you will be doing;
* Purchase/Sales ledger processing via Sage 50 including monthly supplier payment runs
* Processing of Payroll
* Uploading BACs payments
* Account reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis daily/weekly basis
* Credit control & debt chasing
* Management of Petty Cash
* General Sales ledger processes
* Producing end of month reports for MD
* Preparation of statutory accounts
* Assist with answering in-coming customer telephone enquiries
* Dealing with general enquiries.
* Raising Sales Orders and Invoices
* Booking external carrier if, and when required.
* You will be working Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
About You;
* Minimum AAT (Level 3 or higher) qualified (knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures)
* Experience working with the following:
* Sage, VAT, HMRC returns, Pensions and CIS
* Experience of working within an accounts department for 2 years (minimum)
* Self-motivated, positive and a conscientious team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly numerate and possess exceptional attention to detail.
Methodical in prioritising workload and have a high level of accuracy
