We're looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Support professional to join our close-knit commercial finance team. If you've previously worked in banking, or similar and love being at the heart of fast-moving deals, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing
* Tracking progress proactively and chasing lenders/stakeholders to prevent delays
* Acting as a key point of contact
* Packaging and submitting applications in line with requirements
* Responding to queries and gathering outstanding information
* Reviewing and verifying supporting documents
* Keeping CRM records, notes, and case updates accurate and up to date
* Providing regular updates to all involved parties
* Escalating issues or risks if needed
* Supporting internal reporting on case statuses and pipeline
What We're Looking For
Experience
* Background in commercial banking support or similar
* Ability to handle multiple workload at once in a deadline-driven environment
* Strong organisational, administrative, and prioritisation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* CRM experience and confidence using Microsoft Office
