to support our team and help us keep up with demand.

As our new Sous Chef, youll be responsible for:
Leading the team confidently through busy services.
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Reporting directly to the Head Chef and Kitchen Manager.
Training, mentoring, and developing junior team members through our in-house personal development plan.
Managing stock levels, ordering from suppliers, and monitoring wastage.
Ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety at all times.
