Member Learning Coordinator
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Working Hours: 35 Hours per week, Hybrid (40% in the office)
Salary: £26,500 per annum

Key responsibilities as a Member Learning Coordinator include:
1. Managing and enhancing the Learn platform to support Member learning and career progression
2. Coordinating an annual programme of courses, qualifications, webinars and personal development events
3. Identifying, evaluating and negotiating with external training providers (online and face-to-face)
4. Overseeing delivery of Member education events at the Training Academy and online
5. Collaborating with internal departments, Home Unions and other associations to expand learning opportunities
