We're looking for a Membership Advisor to join our team and play a key role in driving growth, building relationships and delivering a positive experience for every customer.
What you’ll do as a Sales Advisor
You’ll take ownership of the end‑to‑end sales journey, helping to grow membership while delivering excellent customer care. You’ll be both proactive and people‑focused, ensuring every interaction creates trust and adds value.
* Drive membership sales by achieving monthly targets and supporting retention activities
* Welcome customers, handle enquiries and ensure every interaction is timely and professional
* Deliver engaging tours of the facility and convert visits into memberships
* Build relationships with local businesses and identify new opportunities for growth
* Support and deliver marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams
* Plan and attend outreach events to generate leads and raise local awareness
* Maintain accurate records and manage the membership database in line with procedures
* Work closely with gym colleagues to support renewals and ongoing member engagement
* Contribute ideas on industry trends and opportunities to help shape future growth

* Experience in a sales‑focused role, with a track record of achieving targets
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
* Confidence working with numbers and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Self‑motivated with a proactive, can‑do attitude
* Strong conflict resolution skills and calm under pressure
