The Job:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a Learning and Development Advisor. In this role you will be responsible for partnering across their business to identify, design, deliver and embed learning to their staff and this is an exciting role which is supporting the whole company and will support your career and development. Working in a team of 2 you will be supporting across all aspects of their L&D operation and they are looking for someone who an L&D Advisor already and has experience with identifying and understanding the training needs in the business and can identify the correct training and development.
