Seeking Chartered Building Surveyor or Experienced Surveyor for Key Role to Support Leadership
We have an outstanding position available for a newly qualified Chartered Surveyor or an experienced professional with 4-5+ years of commercial building surveying expertise.
You will become an integral team member positioned between graduate and senior staff.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering consistent personal fee targets and contributing to the division target
* Assisting and running projects, including client liaisons and management
* Preparing fee proposals for small to medium-sized projects
* Being an ambassador for the company through networking events, both online and offline
* Managing your own training needs and supporting graduate team members
* Nurturing professional, long-term relationships with customers and promoting the business through social media.
Experience and Qualifications:
* Professional Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with a degree or MSc in Building Surveying or 4-5+ years of relevant experience
* Continued professional development and technical proficiency in core BS disciplines.
* Experience in dilapidations claims, commercial surveys, and contract admin of commercial projects
* Full driving license and demonstrable interest in building surveying discipline.
