The role
We’re looking for a rising star in content production to help tell their story & you’ll be the driving force behind video, photography, motion graphics, social & digital campaigns that set their brands apart. This is about taking & fulfilling briefs from their marketing teams, prioritising and planning production workloads, keeping all things in motion.
This is a role for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, thrives in a buzzing environment, and wants to shape the look and feel of lifestyle brands that people genuinely connect with.
Day to day, you’ll be partnering with internal teams & external agencies to bring campaigns to life, producing standout video, photography, motion graphics and social content. It will tie with storyboarding, planning shoots, overseeing creative delivery, keeping projects organised, on time, and on budget
What we’re looking for:
You’ll most likely come from more of a creative background who’s got a real flare and vision for the content creation, a natural organiser with great attention to detail, strong creative instincts with proven production experience.
You’ll probably going to need 5+ years’ agency or in-house experience as well as a structured & lateral career path to date. In truth, the place has a real energy & buzz about it, so you’ll want to thrive in the occasional bit of chaos. After all, creativity is at the very heart of what they do & those insane ideas don’t come up in a board room.
You can expect to work across a range of lifestyle and property brands, some established, some in their infancy, while being surrounded by creative talent and a marketing team that’s genuinely best-in-class. Experience in these sectors is handy but more vital someone who’s a natural at getting the best from others, has zero ego plus a wicked eye for creativity.
