Responsibilities
 * Lead and inspire a team of curriculum managers and teaching staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment across 16-18 and adult education.
 * Design and implement innovative curriculum solutions aligned with local, regional and national skills needs.
 * Collaborate with employers and stakeholders to ensure real‑world relevance and progression routes for learners.
 * Drive continuous improvement through robust quality systems and performance management.
 * Take strategic ownership of business planning, resource management, and learner success outcomes.

Qualifications
 * Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
 * Full teaching qualification (or working towards)
 * Proven technical‑vocational experience in construction/engineering
 * Management qualification (desirable)
