🚨 Contract Opportunity – Senior Revit MEP Coordinator | Manchester (Hybrid) 🚨
We’re currently working with a leading consultancy with offices in Manchester and Leeds, who are looking to bring on board a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator on a 6-month contract, outside IR35.
🔧 Role Overview:
* Hybrid working: 2–3 days per week in the office
* Project types: Healthcare, education, commercial, and industrial
* Working environment: Fast-paced – prior experience in similar settings essential
* Start date: Interviews being scheduled for Friday and Tuesday next week
💻 Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in Revit MEP on large-scale projects
* Able to work independently and collaboratively with design teams
* Solid references to support your experience
* Access to your own PC for remote work (client provides software licenses)
💰 Rate: £25-£34 p/h, dependent on experience (outside IR35)
