Bookkeeping & Finance
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
Enter bills, receipts, and expenses,Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
Manage invoicing &track customer payments
Prepare and update aged debtor reports
Debt Collection
Monitor overdue invoices and follow up promptly
Keep clear records of all communication and update QuickBooks
Escalate persistent non-payment issues when required
Payroll
Produce weekly salaries using our offshore payroll system
Process and verify timesheets for all staff
Ensure payroll data is accurate and submitted on time
Administration
Maintain organised digital filing systems
Handle routine admin tasks such as email management, documentation, and data entry
Support management with ad-hoc administrative dutiesCore skills required
