Equestic is building the most innovative digital training products for riders, coaches, and horses. Our technologies—like the Equestic SaddleClip and the upcoming EQ Coach-Copilot—combine biomechanics, AI, coaching science, and rider experience to transform how horses are trained and how riders learn.
We are growing fast and looking for a Product Marketing Manager who loves horses, understands modern tech, and knows how to tell a powerful story.
🔑 What You’ll Do
* Shape product positioning and messaging for riders, coaches, and equestrian professionals
* Lead go-to-market storytelling and external promotion
* Engage directly with riders, coaches, and partners
* Gather market insights and influence the product roadmap
* Manage campaigns, funnels, agencies, and marketing budgets
* Execute projects independently or with external resources
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Equestrian background (must-have)
One of the following:
âś” 5+ years riding (any discipline, amateur or professional)
âś” Horse owner with long-term practice
âś” 3+ years as riding coach
âś” Equine therapist
Marketing & Tech Skills
* 3+ years in consumer product marketing (apps, fitness, gaming, gadgets)
* Outstanding written + verbal communication
* Strong project and campaign management
* Familiarity with consumer mobile apps, cloud tools, and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
* Experience with marketing tools, funnels, agency management, and budget planning
Other requirements
* Fluent English + French/German/Spanish/Italian
* Bachelor’s or Master's degree
* Based in France, Germany, or the UK
* Open to travel and flexible schedules
