Offer description

Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable Customer Service Administrator to support their team while completing an apprenticeship qualification alongside day-to-day responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in a professional setting. The client are really keen on staff development which is why the successful candidate will complete an apprenticeship while providing a 5 star customer experience.

Salary: £12.21 an hour

Hours: Monday to Thursday 8-4.30 with 45 minutes break, Friday 8-4 45 minutes break

Fully office based 5 days a week, parking available

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls and emails, and process payments
*

Monitor orders and keep customers updated to ensure timely delivery
*

Respond to enquiries about product specifications, pricing, and order issues
*

Conduct customer surveys and collect feedback
*

Investigate and resolve unfulfilled or misdirected orders
*

Update internal systems and maintain accurate communication records
*

Support with returns, complaints, and general order-related queries
*

Share feedback with the sales and relevant teams to improve service
*

Assist with reporting and administrative support tasks as needed
