Responsibilities
* Partner with the Sales Director and Commercial Manager to lead the expansion of our Industrial and Process solutions business to achieve annual sales budgets and strategic growth targets.
* Identify, evaluate and secure new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships that align with our long-term development plans. Collaborate with our Marketing Manager to drive targeted campaigns, presentations, and strategic exhibition attendance.
* Develop and maintain expert knowledge of industry legislation and asset standards to influence client specifications effectively.
Requirements
* You have an Engineering background, technical background and ideally a minimum of three years’ experience.
* You have strong experience and leadership skills in business development and strategic sales growth
* From a process background ideally food, FMCG, machinery etc
* You are commercially driven with the enthusiasm and experience to maintain and grow new business.
* You are able to manage your own time, work autonomously to meet strategic sales targets and company objectives.
* You will enjoy the technical aspects of this role whilst focusing on strategic sales growth.
