This role is remote with travel to Node4 offices and client sites. The Service Team specialises in and manages a range of Dynamics products including CE, PowerApps, LS Retail, Dynamics 365 BC and F&O.
Responsibilities
As the single point of contact between the end-customer and the service being provided, you will deliver a customer-centric service by managing communications professionally and progressing tickets in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements while demonstrating excellent customer service skills. The role will require good working knowledge of Dynamics products with a specific focus on LS Retail.
What you will bring
* Intermediate/advanced application knowledge
* 2+ years’ experience with Nav and D365 Business Central
* 1+ years’ experience with LS Retail
* Good communication skills
* Good analytical skills
* Experience of working in a customer services environment

* C/AL, C/SIDE, AL
* SQL Server experience, queries, maintenance, Configuration, Performance/Optimisation
* Intermediate/advanced platform knowledge
