£55,000–£65,000 + Electric Car + Quarterly Bonus (15%)

A leading elderly care provider is on the hunt for an exceptional Regional Manager to lead up to six care homes across the East Midlands. This is a key operational role overseeing care quality, compliance, team performance, and commercial success — all while living the organisation’s mission to put people first.
The Role:

* Lead & develop Home Managers
* Drive care standards, occupancy, and recruitment
* Own regional P&L
* Ensure compliance and excellence in care
* Champion team culture and engagement
What They’re Looking For:

* Minimum of 2+ years recent experience as Regional Manager of at least 4 elderly care homes
* Health & Social Care Level 3 (or Nurse with active PIN)
* Confident leader, strong communicator, results-focused
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with travel
* Within 1hr 15m commute of NG34
