We're looking for someone who is patient, attentive, and appreciates that every small step forward is a meaningful achievement.What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements:A full manual driving licence – you'll be driving an adapted mobility vehicleConfidence supporting someone with mental health needs, a PEG feed, and who uses a wheelchairThe ability to support someone whose communication varies — listening beyond wordsA calm, genuine presence with a great sense of humour and deep respect for othersYour RoleAs a Support Worker, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care on a 1:1 and 2:1 basis.
