Job Description
We are currently looking for several SAP DE Payroll Consultants to support a global client of ours.
Start: March 2026
Duration: 12 month initial contract with possible extensions
Location: 100% remote
Languages: English and German speaking
Type: Contract/Freelance
Role/Responsibilities
1. Extensive hands-on experience (10+ years) in SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE) configuration, customization, and support
2. Strong expertise in German payroll processes, statutory requirements, and compliance
3. Proven ability to work independently in a remote, international project environment
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders
5. Experience working with ADP GlobalView is an advantage, though not mandatory
6. Fluent in German with strong English communication skills
