Job Title: Key Stage 1 Teacher Location: Telford Position Type: Full-time, Long-term, January Start We are currently recruiting for an experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher for a long-term, full-time position at a primary school in Telford. The role is set to start in January, and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated teacher to join a supportive and dynamic learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality lessons to Key Stage 1 students, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional growth. Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the National Curriculum, ensuring differentiation to meet the needs of all learners. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and engaging classroom environment. Provide additional support to individual students and small groups, ensuring all learners are progressing. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular activities to enhance students' learning experiences. Support the social, emotional, and behavioural development of students, ensuring their well-being in the classroom. Key Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree. Experience teaching Key Stage 1 with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum. A passion for working with young children and creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate teaching to meet the varied needs of students. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
