We’re looking for a Resourcing Specialist to join our team and help us attract, select and engage the talent we need—now and for the future.
In this role, you’ll lead and deliver high-quality recruitment activity, partnering with managers to shape hiring strategies, manage campaigns and create an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, bringing expertise, insight and creativity to our resourcing approach while ensuring consistency, compliance and best practice.

What You’ll Be Doing:
6. Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, from specialist to high-volume campaigns.
7. Coach and guide hiring managers through attraction, assessment and selection processes.
8. Build strong stakeholder relationships, acting as the go-to expert for resourcing advice.
9. Create engaging job adverts and shape attraction strategies that reflect our values and employer brand.
10. Manage and maintain talent pipelines, proactively sourcing and engaging potential candidates.
11. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from application to onboarding.
12. Support assessment centres, interviews and selection activities.
13. Continuously improve processes, tools and resources to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
14. Maintain accurate data within the ATS to support reporting, insights and workforce planning.
15. Ensure recruitment activity meets compliance and audit standards.
16. Identify development gaps to support upskilling and internal talent growth, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offering, including early-careers pathways, apprenticeship programmes and induction initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
17. Proven experience managing varied recruitment campaigns, including high-volume and senior roles.
18. Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
19. Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
20. Confident using ATS systems and a range of sourcing methods.
21. Passionate about delivering excellent service to candidates and hiring managers.
22. Adaptable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
23. A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge and innovate.
24. Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, current market trends and best practice.
25. Collaboration with wider teams to achieve strategic objectives.
