About the role
Your role will be to build and own the Revenue Operations function at Vyne. The successful candidate will be the “glue” between key functions in the business involved in the E2E customer lifecycle. You’ll be responsible for aligning and optimising our sales, marketing and customer success operations and processes to drive revenue growth. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, customer success and onboarding teams to streamline processes, implement effective strategies on our Hubspot CRM and provide data-driven insights to improve overall business performance.
Main responsibilities
Point of contact and technical owner of all RevOps tools including HubSpot and our contract management system – Working closely to support the Sales, Customer Success & Marketing team’s activities.
Own, triage and troubleshoot any issues relating to pipeline data, processes and reporting, to ensure operational and business efficiency.
Ensure data hygiene through regular process/data audits and optimisations that foster data compliance and accuracy.
Enable data-driven improvements in the revenue functions through analysis to identify patterns, trends, gaps and opportunistic areas.
Required knowledge and skills
1-3 years experience in revenue operations or a related field
Expert level knowledge using Hubspot and/or other CRM tools
Knowledge of the customer lifecycle processes and the correlation to the company’s targets and goals
Experience with project management, prioritisation, and handling several tasks and projects at the same time
Interest in growing in the revenue operations field, and a willingness to improve skills
