An exciting opportunity has arisen for 3 Revenues and Benefits Customer Service Advisors who will handle inbound customer queries through multiple communication channels. The role involves working in a busy Revenues and Benefits Contact Centre, dealing with telephone, written, electronic, and face-to-face communication.
The Customer Service Advisor's primary responsibility is to ensure a high level of customer care, dealing with customers efficiently and effectively at the first point of contact.
Knowledge of Revenues and Benefits would be advantageous but is not essential, as training on legislation and systems will be provided.
Experience in a busy Customer Service Contact Centre or face-to-face customer service is also beneficial.
Working hours are fixed from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 37 hours per week. A flexi working scheme is available to accommodate excess hours.
This role is currently office-based.
You must hold a Mathematics & English Language qualification at a minimum of functional skills Level 2 or equivalent, with evidence required at the test stage. Failure to provide this may result in application termination.
Upon employment, a 6-week in-house training will commence.
