Are you a fantastic Marketeer with experience in executing campaigns, driving engagement, and communications, especially within the not-for-profit sector?
Our client based in Leatherhead is seeking a talented individual, preferably with a background in not-for-profit organizations, to lead their marketing and fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation for digital and print media, confident in monitoring and evaluating team activities, and adept at using data to report outcomes.
The role is Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional hybrid flexibility. It may require some very occasional weekend and evening work with prior notice for events. The salary is up to £40,000 for the right candidate.
They will consider both full-time and part-time applicants, with full-time being preferable.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement innovative strategies to raise awareness, drive engagement, and increase income across multiple streams.
2. Maintain strong knowledge of marketing and communication principles and practices.
3. Manage digital marketing and social media, engaging audiences with impactful content.
4. Ideally, have exposure to fundraising or other income-generating activities within the charity sector.
5. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, major donors, and individuals.
