From Payments to Billing Reconciliations, Provisioning, and Customer Communications, youâll learn how we manage our operations and support our people. \n\n What youâll be doing:\n- Get involved in real projects across our teams \n- Spot issues and help solve them \n- Improve how we work and report \n- Learn about audits and internal controls \n- Collaborate with teams across Sky \n- Build your confidence and career. \n\nApprentice Qualification:\nYouâll work towards a Business Administration Level 6 qualification, delivered by Forth Valley Collegeâa leading provider of hands-on, workplace-based learning. You'll learn:\n- Business process and administration\n- Data analysis and management\n- Communication and teamwork\n- Continuous improvement and project support. Education and skills: Youâll need\n- Five National 5s (grades AâC or equivalent), including English and Maths. \n- Great with people and a team player \n- A self-starter who stays calm under pressure \n- A problem-solver with an eye for detail \n- Comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, and tech systems \n\nApprenticeship eligibility criteria: To apply, you must: \n- Meet the apprenticeship funding rules (Apprenticeship Funding Rules) \n- Have the right to work in the UK (Sky doesnât offer sponsorship) \n- To be aged 24 or under by September 2026 \n- To have finished education and be ready for full-time work by September 2026. \n- Be above statutory school-leaver age by September 2026 \n- Not be in education during the apprenticeship. \n\nRight to Work: You will have valid right to work in the UK by the programme start date (7th September 2026) and will remain valid for the full duration of the apprenticeship (2 years) without requiring renewal or expiring during this time.
