Join us as a Portfolio Manager We are currently recruiting for a Portfolio Sales Manager to be based in our Addlestone Office on a permanent and full time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales activities to ensure all on-portfolio opportunities are maximised (conversions, renegotiations and additional business) and robust pipelines are developed to secure new off-portfolio contracts to ensure the regional sales and profitability targets are exceeded. Duties and Responsibilities: To lead and drive the UKC Portfolio Sales Strategy for the KG Identify and develop new business and sales pipeline to achieve annual sales and profit targets Lead and develop the Portfolio Sales Managers, set and adjust sales targets as appropriate Establish a platform for future sales growth and implement new sales techniques to increase sales volume Revisit existing and past customer base to identify the latest key contacts with the power to influence business award decisions Deliver targets to achieve and exceed budget for gains, PCM conversions and renegotiations along with portfolio protection activities to ensure the overall portfolio growth targets are achieved Responsible for building relationships with current customers, analyzing and developing potential new customers, and assessing new market opportunities supporting strategic key business sales growth opportunities. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors Maximise price realisation for service contract orders through the sales price lists and limits of authority process Responsible for accurate and timely sales information, forecasting and reports for business reviews Oversee any large regional tenders and use the large price checking tool to ensure adequate C1% potential while minimising commercial risk Ensure SAP and Leads Tracking Tool (LTT) databases are maintained and kept up-to-date To ensure potential contractual risks are always mitigated by working closely with the QS teams To adhere fully to the company core values All employees are required to work in accordance with established Company Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and Schindler Core Values to ensure compliance with current UK legal requirements and Schindler Group Safety requirements. Candidate Requirements: Proven track record in leading a team of Sales Managers to motivate and drive performance Demonstrated record of identifying new business and developing pipeline Ability to develop a strong long-term sales pipeline Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience working with SAP would be an advantage Resourceful self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and instincts Team player, receptive to ideas Well organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload, ensuring the most efficient an effective use of time Confident communicator and influencer (internal and external) Shares information and keeps stakeholders informed Confident presenter Motivated by results and strives to exceed expectations Can You Elevate Us?
