Due to continued expansion, they now have a rare opportunity for an internal Technical Service Engineer to join the business. Being directly responsible for the management and preparation of technical quotations. Providing technical advice to both internal and external customers. Maintaining good customer service levels with internal and external customers.
Responsibilities of the Technical Service Engineer:
1. To be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative as well as part of the wider team
2. You will be able to understand the company's Products/portfolio (training will be provided)
3. Managing quotations in their CRM system
4. Responsible for selecting the correct products to meet customers' and application requirements
5. Preparing Technical Quotations and Sales offers within agreed SLA's
