Our client, an accountancy and tax advisory firm in the heart of Winchester, is seeking an Office Manager / Personal Assistant to join their team in Winchester.
Position details:
Permanent and on-site role
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Call and email management
2. Diary management
3. Proactive support with workflow management
4. Meeting and greeting office visitors and supporting the existing admin team
5. Supporting the operations team in facilities management
6. Supporting the coordination and planning of internal and external events
7. Undertaking project work as required
About you:
1. You will have worked as a PA or administrator previously, ideally within a financial, professional services, or corporate environment
2. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
3. High attention to detail and accuracy
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
